Yes, we are able to process Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards at our place. For deposit payments, Square invoice is our preferred payment method as we don't need to store your credit card details.
Yes, we ask you to pay a non-refundable deposit for winter bookings to secure your reservation. The deposit is 50% from the total price and is payable within 2 days after booking confirmation.
Note: Non refunded deposits are creditable for future bookings within 12 months (excluding no shows).
After having received and confirmed your booking request, we will email you a Square invoice for the deposit amount. This can be paid online through Square via a link in the invoice. You do not have to be a Square member or have an account to make card payments through their system.
It is also possible to pay the deposit by bank transfer to our Japanese Bank Account. Just let us know if you prefer this method so we can send you the banking details instead. Please make sure that the transfer fee is being fully paid by the sender.
