Who we are

Converted in 2008 from a residential house owned by a private hospital in Nagoya, B&B Koyuki 小雪 (Light Snow) is now run as a Bed & Breakfast accommodation by Japanese-Swiss owners/innkeepers who speak Japanese, English, German, Swiss-German, a little French and Sign Language.

Our Idea of running a Bed & Breakfast

It has always been our dream to run a Bed & Breakfast, where we could welcome guests from all over the world. We love meeting people from various countries and backgrounds - it is very exciting to learn more about them and their cultures. Being able to welcome guests and introduce them to Japanese culture and make sure they have a great time while staying in Hakuba is very rewarding. It fills our hearts with joy seeing our guests come back with a big smile after a great day in the outdoors. Our compassion to provide a beautiful & comfortable place to stay in Hakuba with family-style service drives us forward every single day.
